Covid 19 is the hallmark for the new generation and the world should have a guideline in this form. Every period has its own circle of silverline as we see in the Moon when it is almost covered by the Sun. The beginning of covid 19 was the Wuhan of China and it was travelling around the world. It especially attacked the old and feeble people. Moreover, it was the barricade of economics of the world. The lockdown is essential for the prevention of pandemic but it was not solution of the possible danger. The present situation has created the multi-dimensional forks so that the leaders can envision the future development. As an academician, I am trying to see the future of education and the need of pedagogical strategy requires for future.

After closing at home and the outspreading of pandemic disease COVID 19, Nepalis also learnt a great lesson that lockdown and stay at home is not a solution. However it could control the outbreak of disease. It is most important to realize the depthness of effects. In the beginning we think only touching and seeing the friends and neighbours can transfer the viruses. When the world was crushing in the pandemic situation, we realise it was the moment of hypertension and the country was compeletely  locked down. The age of three to twenty four/five was closed in their house. In the same time the education of these children were totally stopped and people didn't have hope and faith of life. They only had an expectation of live at any cost. After eighty five years back SEE exam was assassinated in the mode of indecision. The legalities, policies have already given the solution. Although it was the solution but we never realized because the policy and laws were in deadlock. The political agendas were driven by the personal monopoly and handful people. The result of such decision inhaled the political documents. 

Nepal is a country of sovereign from the history and it has its own rules and regulations. Internal deviation degraded the value. Consequently education system was only beginning from the plutocracy and people had to fight for the participation of this opportunity. Some people sacrificed their lives and others were nailed in jail. It was the moment of suffocation and regression. After a fight of long time people got the freedom with pinchful dreams completion. In the course of time here was a system and regulations. The political upheaval doesn't actually give the line of good modality. It is quite regret to see the situation of education even communism. What is the actual policy on Education. In the same moment, how can I forget the killing of teachers who are only fulfilling the duty of government. The privatization of education was the beginning of educational system. The logo of successful was designed. There was no true communist Ideologies to be materialized and the leaders are only used the doctrines because they don't have other guidelines. Actually what they are doing and they are working for the painful moment. 

School Leaving Certificate was the basic level of education and the government should take complete response and the education doesn't create a type discrimination. When the biasness ends then the equality begins. The honour begins from the same point. It is a glory of intrigueness of development, equality, freedom and peace.

SEE is an examination that demarcates the so called proclamation of standard and non standard result. The result is the symbol of marking between private and public institutions. SEE is a changing name of SLC and the features of SLC are still same. There was a standard in this exam. The exam was started since 1990 BS. Nearly ninety years crossed the value of SEE was changing and the feelings and attitudes remained same. The policy and plan deterred the value of the system. It was the system of getting honour and it divides the society in the name of progress and differences. 

SLC was a gate  that showed the level of school to the campus. When the people attended in SLC they had a sense of proudness with terror. Then it created the value of badge. Students spent whole ten to twelve years without any feelings of sensibility. The exam was a mark for getting job in the name of division. The center had a trigger to the village even the corner of nook and crook village. Those who didn't have access and value they were out of reach. They began to deviate and felt themselves out of mainstream. They didn't have any source of standard. 

People have their own faith and belief. But they always imagine the oasis in their own manipulation. It is not the world that can create the disorder but it is only the source of equality, freedom and peace and all the people can enjoy in the same phenomenon.

I hope Nepalis can enjoy in the beacon of such light which ends the dark line and begins the silver line. It is the great opportunity to bargain the sustainability and ensure the possibilities of development. It also cures the problem of private academic institutions. Moreover, it can deliver the message of COVID 19 to the successors. Hence it is not the glory of modification of political agendas it is also a mode of imparting the good message to the world.
